The lush grounds of Poipu Kai reflect the true nature of Kauai, where vegetation is at its best. Impeccably landscaped, they feature a green belt that leads to the beach in under five minutes and opens up to beautiful Poipu Park and Brenneckes Beach, great for body boarding and Poipu Beach, known for its snorkeling. Poipu Kai’s green belt also leads to the stunning Shipwreck Beach, a popular surf spot and access to some of the best hikes in the South shore. It’s an outdoor lovers paradise!

Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for “open airflow” using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.
