Escape to Kauai with Koolkondo

Amazing place right on the water. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves, and loved watching the sunsets each night on the back porch. Great location to all the shops/restaurants in Poipu. Would definitely recommend!

This place is stunning. We had to force ourselves to leave the condo lol The pictures don’t do this place justice. You will say wow every time you walk in. We loved every bit of our stay.

Great location – easy to walk to the beach, even with kids, including a baby and toddler. Baby beach was perfect for the little ones to swim and play – green sea turtles and monk seals were a bonus! The condo was spacious, clean, and on beautiful grounds with a convenient and nice pool. Relaxing and didn’t feel busy at all.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was beautiful, unit was pristine and had everything we needed (beach chairs, cooking supplies, etc.), and the hosts were highly responsive. We hope to be able to come back – we loved this unit!

I rarely ever leave a review, unless it’s worthy of a review. The view is spactuar without question. The host was super kind also.I travel quite a bit, and honestly have high standards. This place met all my expectations. My only idea to make this place even better would be to either bring some binoculars, or if the host could leave some. There is so much to see, and it’s amazing! The place is just lovely.

The place matched the photos perfectly and were exactly what we expected. Very convenient walk to the nearby beaches with 3-4 separate beaches to choose from depending on the type of experience you want. The host company was attentive to any messages related to the unit.

Rico and Cinzia’s condo was exactly as described and they were perfect hosts. They were responsive and made sure to make us feel valued and cared for. We loved the view from the condo lanai and swam watching the sunset every night in the complex pool. There was a nice grill and tables we utilized for our own sunset dinner. We would definitely return.

Our group of four families, total of 8 adults and 10 kids loved our stay in Poipu Beach! The houses were great and it was so much fun to have an entire compound for our group that was so close to the beach. The pool and outdoor shower were highlights. Also, the close walk to the beach and Puka Dog was perfect. We enjoyed hiking in Waimea Canyon, zip lining, a snorkel cruise along the Na’Pali Coast (Captain Andy’s) and a Luau in Lihue (Kalamaku); all within a short drive. Mahalo for a wonderful stay and memorable trip. We can’t wait to return again someday.

Super comfortable apartment for family vacation. The view is spectacular and the place has all the amenities you need plus a really nice pool. Walkable to a popular beach and they provide plenty of towels, chairs and even snorkeling equipment if you want. They are very thoughtful owners and they offer whatever you need for a great stay. The place is wonderful but it’s not Four Seasons luxury if that’s what you’re looking for. We really had a great time and would return again easily. Highly recommend!

Cinzia and Rico’s condo was perfect for our group of 10! The location couldn’t have been better for our wedding events at the Grand Hyatt in Poipu—made the back-and-forth a breeze. The space was roomy, just like the photos, and had everything we needed to feel at home. We cooked most meals, and the kitchen was well equipped. Their concierge team was responsive, though we hardly needed them since everything was smooth from start to finish. Would absolutely stay again!

A Slice of Heaven on Poipu. Our 10 days at the KoolKondo were fantastic! Our 16 family members enjoyed the entire property: swimming in the pool, grilling, playing yard games on the grass, playing card games on the patio in the evening, not to mention taking full advantage of the short walk to Bennekes and Waiohai beaches! Anything we needed was provided for cooking and there were plenty of good quality towels, comfy beds, and an amazing outdoor shower! There was a terrific collection of sand toys, wagons, and chairs for our use too! The concierge, Susie, provided us with the contacts for a photographer and private chef, which both worked out great! If you’re looking for an outstanding property, close to the best beaches, you’ll love the KoolKondo’s!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful beachfront home in Kauai! The location near Poipu Beach was absolutely perfect — we could walk to the sand in seconds and watched sea turtles right from the shore. The view from the house was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset.The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to carry your gear. It made our beach days so easy and enjoyable.

Amazing spot for families

This location is amazing for multi families and kids of all ages. We had kids ranged in ages 6-10 and they were able to roam around the park/playground across the street and loved having their own space/living quarters above the garage. Beach provides lots of opportunities for boogie boarding and the quieter side offers snorkeling and turtle watching. You can walk to food as well and walk along pathways on the beach to the Marriott property. Nothing negative to say about this property.

Absolutely beautiful space with everything you could possibly need! The home was fully stocked with tableware, utensils, toiletries, towels, beach gear, and more — our guests felt truly taken care of. The space was spotless, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly responsive throughout our stay.Everyone couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable and stunning the property was. Many nights were spent relaxing by the pool, enjoying the serene view and watching our friends and family soak in the space. We also appreciated the great security, including solid locks that made us feel safe and at ease.The stay was so memorable that everyone was already talking about planning a reunion trip back to this same property. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend!

I really don’t want to gush, for fear of not being able to get a reservation in the future. But the location and the accommodations were just perfect. We had everything we needed, and we could see whales from the balcony!
