It is very spacious with over 1,800 square feet of living space with 2 bedrooms upstairs, 3 full bathrooms and a beautiful remodeled kitchen with everything to cook a gourmet meal. NEW laminate floors have been installed on the lower level. It’s just a short walk to the beach and access to a pool with ocean views. This unit also offers tennis courts. Portable AC units in the bedrooms and living room.
